Available in both 100 sf and 200 sf roll, this 60 mil, self-adhered ice and water barrier has a fine granular surface for increases walkability, and superb adhesion characteristics. MS300 is excellent for use under Tile, Slate, Composition Shingles, as a complete underlayment system, or in vulnerable areas like Eaves, Rakes, Valleys, and around penetrations. MS300 is the most competitively priced ice and water protection in the Tarco line, and compares in quality to much higher priced products on the market. This product is not recommended for use under metal. This product has a 60 day exposure limitation. |

This 200 sf roll, high temperature Ice and Water Protector is specifically designed for use under metal and tile. and the White Cool Diamond Facer, offers a non-skid surface that is highly reflective making for more comfortable application during hot summer months. PS200 is stable up to 260 F temperature and is an ideal underlayment for under metal. It's adhesion to plywood is unmatched in the industry. This underlayment has a 90 day exposure limitation.

This 100 sf Granulated Roll, is designed specifically as an underlayment for tile roofs that must be exposed long periods of time before tile installation. It is all well suited for tile applications using Foam Adhesive to apply the tiles. This product has no exposure limitations.

EasyLay underlayment is Tarco's most recent innovation. It has the look and feel of traditional felt but is stronger and lies flat no matter the weather conditions or other circumstances. Its secret is a durable polyester (PET) base material that is saturated with time-proven, moisture-resistant asphalt to improve weatherability and handling. Combining the advantages of traditional asphalt-saturated felts with those of newer "synthetic" felts, EasyLay is destined to fundamentally change the market for residential roofing underlayments.
